Death in Practice

To ‘practice death’ is to prepare for it.

It is to define it for yourself in every aspect of your life.

It is the raising of ones vibration from under to overstanding,

through the line of frequency that you emit.

.

But what does all this mean?

How do you define death?

What frequencies are we emitting?

Every minute of every day we are emitting frequencies that determine the experiences we have. We dwell in a free will planet which means that we have the ability to create the encounters we have. Those encounters serve as ripples that affect the lives of people we know and many we don’t.

The physical Death is a social phenomena because it marks the physical withdrawal from a life that continues in the spiritual manifestation of your true essence.

To physically die, is to surrender to the free’est experiences of life; and when we have ‘practiced’ death we surrender to the magnificence of our true personal being. We are so misled about the nature of death that we fear it and cling to an existence believing that it is all and everything.

We cling to belongings and people, situations and beliefs. Steadfast, we limit our experiences and curtail our fun. We search with physical eyes to fill our belief of what is right or wrong and we clip the wings that could take us to the highest of heights that contain all of our wants, desires and needs. Indeed we fear ourselves, and so death remains an enemy. We attempt to hide from it, ignore it and then lament over what a bitch SHE is.

Death is a mother of love and to practice love is to recognise the temporary, the coming and the going, the dawn and the dusk, the winter and the sun. You can not be fully alive until you come into harmony with death because death will always be seen as the instigator of pain and all that is hidden from sight.

Just as the labour of childbirth brings a pain that gives way to pleasures untold, so does death. What is pain, but the reminder that you are alive and that your body is communicating a frequency that is yours to experience and, if necessary, alter.

It is all within your personal power to create the transition you desire.

Through fear we run to physicians who claim to have just the right chemical to ease your pain through an energy of suppression that just staves off the physical manifestation of an ailment that is actually meant to be released out into the open for healing…

Pain, like death, is timeless. You carry the pains of abuse in your body through lifetimes and generations and they hurt like hell when addressed… So we carry our pain, we nurture it and allow it to define us. We allow it to control our actions and limit our experiences. We use it to deny pleasures that could open our awareness to higher experiences of bliss. But if we learn to over-stand pain it could actually lead us right there, to the very centre of our bliss.

The creative centre within us that overflows with limitless expressions of love…. if only…

What if death is just another vagina…? Asked Caroline one evening…

Ohhh too deep.
